Early Childhood Education: Online Master’s Degree

Admission criteria

Admission to the Master’s program will be based upon the following criteria:

• Completed bachelor’s degree (from a regionally accredited institution)
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale in the last 60 hours of course work) – preferred
• Letters of recommendation (letters should attest to your professional competence, academic preparation and potential for graduate work)
  • no letters of recommendation needed for GPA of 3.0 or above
  • three required if your undergraduate GPA is below 3.0 on the last 60 hours of course work
  • three required for international students
• Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores
• Preferred score: verbal plus quantitative total of 1000.
• Statement of purpose
• No prior certification required
