Social Studies Education: Online Master’s Degree
Fees and financial aid
Fees
Fees for online courses are charged at the in-state graduate rate; see Financial Information.
Financial aid
To receive financial aid, students must be admitted to a degree program. Financial aid generally is available to eligible students who are fully accepted into the degree program and who carry a course load of at least four credit hours per semester. For more information, contact the MU Financial Aid Office.
Scholarships
Some scholarships may available through a competitive process that is evaluated by the faculty scholarship committee. Students must complete the graduate application.
The application allows students to provide information about their department, major and degree program, as well as other personal information. This material is used to determine who is eligible for each individual scholarship. The scholarship committee uses the list of eligible students and the scholarship endowment document to match a recipient to the purpose of the scholarship.
