New Degree-Seeking Student Admissions

Degree-seeking undergraduate students

Students interested in seeking an undergraduate degree apply directly to the academic program in which they are interested. The department will provide you with University and departmental admission requirements. An application fee will apply. An enrollment fee of $150 will apply to freshmen and transfer degree-seeking students. Distance students in online completion programs through MU Direct are exempt from incurring the $150 fee.

Some departments allow students to begin their program of study as a non-degree student pending acceptance into the degree program. Check the departmental requirements in your area of interest before starting the MU Direct enrollment process. Note: Until you are officially admitted to a degree program, you will not qualify for federal financial aid.
