myZou: MU's Student Information System
MyZou, MU's student information center, was implemented fall 2007. MyZou is a web portal that allows students access to their student account information such as course history, online payment options, payment history, billing statements, financial aid information, registration schedule and more. Students will need to agree to an e-Consent to access their financial information and to facilitate communication with the Cashiers and Financial Aid Offices.
Registration is available, as always, through our MU Direct site. For currently-enrolled students, some courses are available for registration through myZou. However, many courses have departmental restrictions and will only be available for registration through MU Direct.
Note: If you are trying to drop your last class (or your only class) in any given semester, you will not be able to do so through myZou. See the Add/Drop/Withdrawal page for more information on changing your schedule after you've registered.
PawPrint Activation
New students will receive a PawPrint (SSO ID) and temporary password in an admission letter. Students will activate their student PawPrint and create a new password through myZou. After activation, students will have access to their MU e-mail*, online/web-assisted courses, MU library resources and more.
* All University-related information and announcements will be sent to MU e-mail accounts. Note: MU e-mail accounts are created for University credit students only.
